Do I get any confirmation my order went through?

Anytime you place an order you will receive 2 mails. The first will be a confirmation email containing your order number. The second mail contains your tracking number and it is sent once your item has been marked as shipped! Please note that it can take up to 5-15 days after shipping for your tracking number to be activated!

How much will the shipping cost me?

All our products are free shipping items!

Where are the products made?

Our products are from various top-class manufacturers. Most are from Europe, others are from Asia.

What delivery company do we use?

We make use of USPS and UPS.

What if I received a faulty item?

This is close to impossible based on our careful selection from top manufacturers. However, if you discover a fault, please contact us immediately including the picture of the packaging of your order with the faulty item and your order confirmation(within 3 days of receiving your parcel)

Can I amend my order?

Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to amend your orders. We ship items out usually 3-5 working days, so we can not guarantee any changes will be made. It is your responsibility to ensure you check out with the correct items and shopping info.

Will my order come in all together?

We ship from multiple manufacturers and warehouse, you may receive a few separate packages when ordering more than one item that is not the same, you will receive multiple emails with the tracking number and what is in each package. Order including the same item multiple times (size or color doesn’t matter) won’t be separated.
